Why Your School Choice Matters More Than Ever

In 2025, Thailand revoked over 10,000 visas from students enrolled at unverified schools. Embassies now verify your school before approving anything. They check registration numbers, signatory credentials, and program details.

Sor.Dechapant's registrations — publicly verifiable at school.opec.go.th

Two Official Registrations

Ministry of Education license สช.กร. 00025/2568 + SAT 5-Star Professional Camp (2025). When the embassy checks your host school, Sor.Dechapant appears in two separate official systems.

Real School, Not a Shell Company

Sor.Dechapant is an active Bangkok fight camp with fighters in ONE Championship, Lumpinee, Channel 7, and Rajadamnern Stadiums. Google us. Check the fight records. The gym is open every day.

In-House Embassy-Ready Files

Your file is prepared in-house — acceptance letter, school director credentials, program documentation, and the exact format your embassy expects. No outsourced templates.

Thailand didn't close. It curated.

The schools that survived the crackdown are the ones with verifiable registrations behind them

Sor.Dechapant holds dual certification: Ministry of Education (สช.กร. 00025/2568) and Sports Authority of Thailand 5-Star Professional Camp rating. Both are independently verifiable through public registries. When immigration officers check, they find real enrollment records in two public registries.

Process

Your path to Thailand in 4 steps

Same day

1. Free Pre-Check

Tell us your nationality and where you are. We check which Thai mission can process your case and compare its current published requirements before you pay anything.

Within 48 hours

2. Document Prep

After payment, we prepare your full document pack and submit it to the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) for approval. Acceptance letter, school credentials, accommodation proof, and everything your embassy needs.

4-6 weeks

3. SAT + Embassy Approval

SAT reviews the enrollment. Once the supporting document is ready, you use it in your e-Visa application. Government processing times vary and remain outside our control; we help you track school-side document status.

How Our School Documents Are Prepared

What makes our enrollment documents different

Requirements vary by Thai mission. These are important document and enrollment factors a mission may review.

Is the school ministry-licensed?

The risk

A deciding mission may request evidence that the enrolling school is properly registered and authorized. The exact supporting documents vary by mission.

What to check

Does the school hold a Ministry of Education license? Can you find them in a government registry, not just on Google?

Where we stand

Sor.Dechapant holds Ministry of Education license สช.กร. 00025/2568. The school's registration can be checked in the government database.

Is the course long enough?

The risk

Course-duration rules are not uniform. Some Thai missions publish a six-month minimum for prolonged soft-power activity, some require a one-year course, and others publish no fixed minimum. Applying with a course that does not fit the deciding mission can weaken the file.

What to check

Does the course duration match the deciding mission’s current published rule and your genuine training plan?

Where we stand

We offer 6, 9, and 12-month training options and check the deciding mission's published requirements before recommending one. A longer course must reflect a genuine training plan and never guarantees approval.

Does the school actually exist?

The risk

Embassy officers have started cross-verifying schools. A "registered entity" that exists only on paper, with no real gym, no real trainers, and no evidence of actual operations, raises red flags during manual review.

What to check

Can you independently verify the school trains real fighters? Does it have a physical facility, active social media, or athletes you can look up?

Where we stand

Sor.Dechapant is an active Bangkok fight camp. Our fighters compete in ONE Championship (searchable on onefc.com) and at Lumpinee Stadium. The school is verifiable in under 60 seconds.

Are the documents formatted for your specific embassy?

The risk

Each Thai embassy has slightly different expectations for document format, financial proof presentation, and supporting materials. A generic acceptance letter that isn't addressed to the specific embassy can trigger extra requests or outright rejection.

What to check

Does the service know what YOUR embassy expects? Or are they sending you a one-size-fits-all template?

Where we stand

We prepare the school-issued documents using the deciding mission’s current published requirements, including relevant headers, school credentials, and program information. The mission may still request additional evidence.

Who supports you if the embassy asks for more?

The risk

When an embassy requests additional documents or clarification, the clock starts ticking. If your school and your visa agent are different companies, you're stuck in the middle relaying messages while your application stalls.

What to check

Will the school review the request and update its documents directly, or will you be left relaying messages between a gym and an outside agent?

Where we stand

The school team can respond directly to enrollment-verification questions about course dates, registration details, and instructor credentials. Embassy review timing remains outside our control.

What happens if you're rejected?

The risk

Government visa fees and third-party costs are separate from a provider’s service fee and may not be refundable. Service-fee policies differ by provider.

What to check

Does the provider state its refund eligibility, exclusions, required evidence, and timing clearly before payment?

Where we stand

If your submitted DTV application receives an official rejection for any reason, we refund 100% of the service fee paid to MTVT, provided you supply requested additional documents accurately and within the embassy's deadline. Government visa fees and third-party costs are excluded. An official refusal notice is required; withdrawals, abandoned or unsubmitted applications, and pending cases are not rejections.
